Habaneros are a very hot chili pepper variety that have a rating of 100,000-350,000 Scoville units and a floral aroma. The fruit is green when unripe. Various cultivars turn orange, red, white, brown, yellow, or purple as they ripen. Ripe fruit are typically 2-6 cm long.
