Notes
I originally planted a scattered handful of what I intended to be microgreens for salads. However, nothing much sprouted except the mustard seeds, and then I forgot about them for a while and when I came back they weren't quite so "micro". I thinned them and let a handful grow to a larger size, then harvested them to make saag paneer.
