I had some time today so I went ahead and sowed 4 milk jugs.

They contained: a mesclun mix, spinach, pak choi & tatsoi.

Hoping to have some delicious salad in the spring!

Nice! That sounds great.

Btw we're working on adding more crops and more varieties, so hopefully soonish we will have pak choi and tatsoi as distinct things you can plant. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
