It's late fall/early winter here in Virginia, in the US, so not much is growing. I planted onions and several varieties of garlic earlier in September, as well as two varieties of beets and two of swiss chard. All are doing well, especially the chard. In the next few days, I'll plant some lettuces in the greenhouse. The olive tree inside bore one little olive! I don't know how to ferment them yet, so I didn't do anything with it. Looking forward to having a small crop next year.

I'm impressed with what you've got so far–it's much superior to the other gardening sites. I joined one, but then completely forgot about it and haven't posted there in a year, which tells you how exciting and wonderful it was, lol.
