How great is this? You can now post updates which will appear on your user page (in my case, http://dev.growstuff.org/members/skud) and on the http://dev.growstuff.org/members/ where you can see everyone's updates.

Very soon (VERY! SOON!) these will be part of the "planting a crop" interface – when you plant something, an update will be posted to say you've done it. We'll also be adding RSS feeds so you can follow updates from the reader of your choice.

ETA: posts are formatted in http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/syntax. This is the same as Ravelry, if you happen to use their forums etc. We'll see about getting a nice editor with buttons like Rav has, too, but for now you can read the markdown docs for syntax tips.
